After several months in hong kong, and perhaps a few extra kilos, i think it it defiantly the time to sum up the five unmissable Bao/Bun/whatever-you-want-to-call-it dishes in Hong Kong.<br /> This list comprises the best buns found in HK in my opinion. I want to note that all of these dishes can be found in previous posts as they are all from really good places I have previously written about, so you can be happy that you will find other great dishes in each one of the following eateries.
