User's Notes:
Burger Bun – this is entirely different than all of the above, and yet, one of the best things Ive had in Hong Kong. Ever since getting here we have been focusing on asian cuisine and avoiding every thing we can easily get at home, so obviously, I wasn’t expecting to have burgers. This one is quite extraordinary. You can only find it in Man Mo Cafe, a fusion contemporary dim sum place in Sheung Wan. This Savoury dish is a baked bun (but in opposition to the Char Siu, not sweet at all) and is filled with ground meat, holding all the flavours you love in a burger, with, obviously, some cheese and a thousand island sauce to add on your own. Not only is this is what fusion is all about, it is probably one of the best burgers I have ever had as well. There is no way not to love it.

I think some of the reviews previously written are a little harsh. Yes, Man Mo Cafe is expensive for what it is and I'm sure that there are more 'authentic' places to visit in HK for dim sum but I enjoyed it. I ordered a few of the veggie dumplings (being vegetarian) and they were enjoyable.
