Pan fried pork buns – now this part is tricky! They can be absolutely delicious, but I have also had some disappointments with this one. Some places use too much dough, making it more of a donut than dim sum, and some places use too much oil, making it so greasy I didn’t even try. In my opinion, the dining room makes it perfectly. It never feels to oily, and the dough is always very thin, letting you really taste the wonderful filling. Most importantly, they make it similar to Xiao Long Bao, with soup inside, yum.

Great atmosphere and a great view over the neighbourhood.<br />
We chose shared dishes of Shanghai Soup Dumplings, Noodles and Steamed Dumplings.<br />
Did not feel too crowded, room to move and very clean.
