The truffle bun. I have had these in several places, and it is truly a savoury dish to the mushroom lovers. Attention – those who don’t like mushrooms will probably not like it as the truffle taste is very strong. Another great thing about it is that they make it look like an actual mushroom. I hate to say it really fooled me at the beginning, but after the first bite I got the trick. Wonderful mushroom filling and soft dough make it the perfect vegetarian dish.
