We bought these initially to use at a Christmas party we threw at home and used them for ambience. I put them in the bottom of mason jars that I filled with cranberries and Christmas tree sprigs - looked super cute and festive! We quickly discovered how awesome they are and now use them in our camper van and when camping to provide both functional and ambient lighting. There are so many colors available and the remotes make it so easy!
