I love this sort of starter kit because it truly includes everything you need. The added pad is great for the ol' knees, blocks help in poses I'm less flexible in, and the strap helps stretch out those hamstrings! It even includes a full mat length microfiber towel AND face towel! I especially love that the mat is thicker than typical yoga mats which I find way more comfortable to use. It's a great bargain, too, especially for all that's included!
