Before I made the switch to Altra, I was dealing with lots of hip and glute pain. I finally realized that allowing my body to run with its natural gait alleviated and ultimately eliminated this pain, allowing me to train for and race a 50K with these shoes! I still run in the Lone Peak today.</span>
