There has been tons of research done on this simple chore, but one survey from Best Mattress Brand, as reported by CNBC, has proven that out of 1000 people, half being those that make the bed and half being those who don’t, the ones that took the extra minute or two to make the bed and fluff the pillows did in fact have more productive lives. Three-fourths of those who made their bed also reported feeling productive at the end of the day, whereas only half of non-bed makers said they felt accomplished at that point. It could also be that those who make the bed in the morning are driven individuals to begin with. Regardless, making your bed is a great first step to become one of those driven individuals.
