While backpacking after college with one of my best friends, we stayed at a hostel that told us about Giuseppina's cooking class. Wanting to learn authentic ways of cooking REAL Italian food, it was a no brainier! I still remember the day well. Welcomed with cheese and wine to nibble while getting an education about the garden where she grew...<br />
