While backpacking after college with one of my best friends, we stayed at a hostel that told us about Giuseppina's cooking class. Wanting to learn authentic ways of cooking REAL Italian food, it was a no brainier! I still remember the day well. Welcomed with cheese and wine to nibble while getting an education about the garden where she grew most the food for her classes and the herbs we would use. We cooked multiple dishes, learned how to make pasta and my all time favorite bruschetta! I STILL have my hand written recipe and enjoy recreating the dishes!
