Make sure to book your visit in advance online.You will get an exact time for your visit.

Made an on-line booking a couple of months in advance for a free guided tour of the Reichstag. Most enjoyable to be well informed getting to parts of the building that walk up tourists don't get to (if they can get in at all).<br />
Would highly recommend if you are going to Berlin.
