I bought this a year or so ago so they may have redone their formula or I may have gotten a bad one but these shadows were too stiff, too dry, and wouldn't blend. Was a waste of my time and money, so many better quality eyeshadows out there. I love tarte as a brand and all their other shadows are fine so I don't know what happened here. Two stars simply bc it was a great concept, love the all mattes and the color story and the way they names the shadows I really loved.
