Our bodies are giving us yellow alerts all the damn time, we just blatantly ignore them like I did my post office messages… because we will get to it soon… because it isn’t that important in the moment.  In the moment treats give us substance and make us feel good.  Another cup of coffee and less sleep helps us get one more thing done. Then catastrophe hits later.  Your pants won’t button, your housing twinkies while simultaneously downing double shot mocha espresso madness and daring someone to piss you off so you can let them have it.  Just something to think about…
